Magnanimity Multiplies.

 Magnanimity Multiplies.

The value of a life is measured by the number of lives it influences. Success does not happen in isolation. It is a participatory and collective process. Success breeds Success.

A farmer grew superior quality corn in his farm. Each year he won prizes for himself and honour for the city. People discovered that he shared his seeds with his neighbours though they were his competitors. The farmer had simple answer for this magnanimity. The wind picks up pollen grains from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If his neighbours grew inferior, sub-standard or poor quality corn, cross-pollination will degrade his corn. He had to elevate his neighbours elevate himself.

Those who choose to be in harmony must help their neighbours and colleagues to be at peace. Those who choose to live well must help others to live well too.
